Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your SportZone account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized NZ Post location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
